Do I qualify?

Your business should be: 

• Located in Oregon 
• Operate in an existing commercial building, industrial facility, or multifamily property (common areas only)
• Served by Portland General Electric or Pacific Power

In addition, it needs to meet at least one of the following criteria below

For commercial buildings and multifamily common areas:

• Have 20 employees or fewers OR
• Operate in a space that is 20,000 sq. ft. or less (this includes all buildings on site)

For industrial buildings:

• Have 50 employees or fewer OR
• Operate in an industrial space that is 50,000 sq. ft. or less (this includes all buildings on site) 

For community organizations:

• Community organizations may qualify if you provide free or reduced-cost food, housing, health, economic, or social services
• Religious center or place of worship

Other eligibility requirements may apply. 

We currently serve parts of Central and Southern Oregon. We have two office location - Grants Pass and Terrebonne. 

Yes! The entire installation and new LED lights are absolutely free of cost to our customers. The program is funded through charges on utility bills (PGE & Pacific Power) for all customers, creating a pool of money for energy efficiency projects.

This all depends on how many lights are being replaced. But on average, it takes our crews between 1-3 days to complete projects start to finish.
